My experience with mr Radford
I want to clarify that this is not a bad review, but only the story of my experience with Mr Radford, which will surely be useful for people looking for cars. On April 8, after a first telephone contact with Mr Steven Radford, I bought the black BMW 3 series, year 2007, plate number mv57lzc. I paid £ 500 in deposit, then £ 2000 for a total of £ 2500. On Saturday 17th the car is ready with the new Mot, after having failed the first verification test. Mechanic and staff, very kind, very cordial and very professional. Saturday evening the car stops, it loses power something is wrong. I warn Mr Steven Radford, who makes a telephone appointment for me on Monday. Having decided to return the car to Mr Radford's garage, I have the car checked first from the Coventry mot center. The car has a disastrous diagnosis: eletric fan - sporadic current fluctuations - engine oil temperature at time to hight-valvetronic internal fault- valvetronic power limitation servomotor - battery voltage to low. The mechanic from the coventry mototec center commented at the end that the car could never pass the mot. This was explained to Mr Steven Radford, who was very willing to collect the car from Coventry and bring it to his showroom. After verifying that the car was broken, he offered me two options. Repair the car and hand it over to me again. Refund me only £ 2000 as the £ 500 deposit was non-refundable. I tried to explain that the deposit is not refundable in case the customer changes his mind, not if the machine is with the engine fault. But in the end to get the money right away I decided to get the compromise in which I was asked to join a private agreement via email, which included a penalty of £ 10,000 if I left a bad reference on autotreder. For this reason I don't leave any bad references, I put 3 stars. But no one can stop me from sharing my experience. The car is now on sale again at a price above 2500, I'm sure my £ 500 maybe went to repair the car if it can be repaired. However I want to say that Mr Steven Radford is a very polite person who knows how to speak or rather how to write, an excellent business man. I'm sorry that the machine was faulty. Maybe it was just bad luck. Thanks anyway.
