Extortionate service charges

You can negotiate a good deal but be aware once you have the car the service charges are ridiculous. They want £444 for a 'major oil service'...are they real...for a 1 series? Who has got that kind of money during a pandemic? Extortionate is an understatement! Just called BMW Williams and quoted £383. Still crazy money but at least they aren't treating you like a total fool. My car is up for renewal in 4 months and I will be looking elsewhere now.
