not a honest car dealership

i ordered a new tucson on line and over the phone from beechdale derby. i then received a phone call from them saying that they had a demo car delivered with no plates brand new and i could have it for £1000 less . so i agreed ,why not. when i went to pick the car up it was a whole different story . it had already been registered to them and i was then told i could not have the car registered to me for a month or so and they would let me know when this had happened i reluctantly took the car but when i got home i was not happy and after talking to my insurance company decided to contact them to say i wanted to have the car put in my name instantly. this got pushed all the way up to the general manager before they agreed. these people knew exactly what they were doing when they set this scam up and just hoped i would stand for it. i am now in the process of reporting them to the trading standards as i am not happy with the extra owner on the log book. not honest people . i spent 27k at this place and feel gutted. the totally ruined the new car buying experience.
