I bought a Golf from DCC back in March. It was my first real big purchase as a 25 year old, after owning cheaper runaround cars previously. DCC were really great in explaining all the products including GAP insurance, warranty and just detailing the car buying experience for me. Gideon was a big help and sent me a video of the car as I live a good 2 hour drive away. The video was detailed and showed me everything I needed. I also spoke to Danny a few times and he was a big help too. As the car was nearing 50,000 miles, a new cambelt would have cost me £550 at a VW dealership but DCC changed it and put my mind at ease. A lovely touch. (For the cynics, I checked the cambelt housing afterwards and the bolts looked new). Only negatives from the experience was that the cup holders in the back seats hadn't been cleaned properly and had a brown mark, from a coffee maybe. This came out after a wipe. Also, the Dart Charge crossing wasn't paid in time so I got a Penalty Charge Notice about 2 weeks later. I didn't bother contacting them as it only cost me £2.50 to pay it because it was within 2 weeks. Overall though, the car is immaculate and I'm loving it! I'd definitely go back to DCC and recommend people to have a chat with them if they're thinking about buying a car.
