Terrible - Avoid at ALL costs

This company sold me an unsafe vehicle. Despite ringing them 10 minutes after leaving the forecourt to tell them the engine management light had appeared, it broke down the following day. After many heated discussions they came to collect the vehicle giving me another vehicle as I was unable to get to work. This came with no paperwork, no evidence of insurance, no evidence of dents/scratches etc on the vehicle and I felt very uneasy about driving it. They then just showed up at my property 3 days later with no conversations or prior warning that they would and it was by chance I was at home to swap the vehicles but unfortunately it broke down the following day. Nothing had been rectified. I was told by SAID motors to get a mechanic close to home to fix the vehicle and they would pay for this which I did but after sending in the invoice to have this fixed they have completely ignored my phone calls / emails/ texts. I did ask for my money back as I was able to prove the vehicle was faulty and I was in my legal 30 day period to obtain this but I was told that they had already spent the money (£10,000) and was unable to return it for the vehicle. I am currently in the middle of speaking with trading standards and the motor ombudsman as this company NEEDSto be stopped ASAP.
