Unhelpful, no customer service

I had a confirmed appointment to view and test drive a used car, arrived a few minutes early, and was told by the receptionist the agent would be a few minutes. I waited outside for 10mins and had a brief look at the outside of the car. I returned to the showroom and waited a further 25 minutes, the receptionist was obviously at lunch. Eventually someone from 'servicing' came over and asked if I was being attended to? I believe she asked a manager where the agent was, and I heard 'she is at the garage getting some fuel in cans'. After 35 minutes I had had enough and told the manager I was leaving, and they had lost a possible 10k sale. he then had the cheek to ask where was I going to look for another car. I went on 'spec' to a nearby Ford dealer and after being helped for almost 2 hours, trying vehicles, brought a Ford, spending 11k. no further contact from Eden, or even an apology. Lesson learned Eden??
