Absolutely disgusting! Avoid

Lies, Racism, Rudeness and the list goes on. If you want to be treated like crap, go right ahead! They tried to sell me a Blue Ford Ka+ with a faulty engine! Allan, the rudest salesperson I have ever met, at the beginning over phone calls he was very nice(presuming I was white) however as soon as I had walked in the rudeness began, his facial expressions(acting disgusted that a coloured person walked in), asking 'so do you want it or not?' in 2 minutes of looking at the car, walking away while talking to him, talking about us behind our backs to the other sales staff. Moving onto the faulty vehicle, I had travelled over 70miles to get to the dealership only to find out that the engine had issues making clicking noises. I asked Allan about this and he said this was perfectly normal and even suggested that he would start up another Ka+ making the noise so we said 'yes', he said 'no'! After persuading him to start another Ka+ we learnt that the noise was in fact not 'normal'. As he quite obviously craved his commission so much he suggested getting it looked at by their mechanic. He wasted his and my time and money. No wonder the car has been sat on the lot for nearly 3 months collecting dust. I had even specifically asked if there were any faults as I was travelling quite far. The lies were constant. I had even informed him that I would come 4 days prior and the car wasn't even washed! They clearly do not give a crap about their customers. I went here with the trust that this is a Ford Approved dealer, if you are questioning if you should spend extra and go to a Ford dealer because it will be more reliable, I would spare your cash go right to a smaller dealer. They are so keen to get rid of these useless, faulty cars. Quite simply, go here if you want to be treated like crap and have a broken car on your drive:)
