Hard sell, lied about full service, over
I was given the hard sell throughout my car buying experience by Murray. He also lied about them having given it a FULL service. When I went back to ask for service record to add to the log, Paul on the desk told me it had only had an oil top-up. When I eventually got given my spare key (Murray said he would ring when it arrived but he didn't), attached to the key was a tag and a folded up piece of paper in the envelope showing a copy of the invoice that THEY paid for my car, which was half what I paid, A rip off, would not recommend at all.
