Fantastic service

As I live in Campbeltown and due to current restrictions, I was assisted by John Girasoli to arrange the purchase of my used car and trade in of my old vehicle by phone. John kept in regular contact with me as I had to delay collection of my new vehicle due to a minor health condition, until I was fit to travel. I arrived at the dealership on Sat 17 Apr, and had hardly parked my car when John came and welcomed me bang on my predicted arrival time of 09:15. I was able to transfer items over from my old car, while John carried out some admin pertaining to the sale. Not only did John make me feel welcome and explain what we had to do to complete the deal, his manager Martin Kodur also introduced himself, and personally thanked me for using Arnold Clark. My new car had been valeted to a very high standard, and while moving it closer to the showroom for me, John noticed a slight fault with one of the indicators. He immediately had it checked by a mechanic, and a bulb was found to be slightly loose. This attention to detail was great to see, and on conclusion of the deal, I left with my new car feeling great and really appreciated. Some people are very quick to criticise when things don't always go to plan, but fail to mention how fast problems are resolved. I received a 5 star on this occasion, and in previous dealings with other Arnold Clark branches. I wish I could have shook hands with John, but due to Covid restrictions, was unable to do so. Thank you again John for a great experience.
