Awful

Bought a car last year, had to fight all the way to get standard things done - e.g. MOTs, car playing up as soon as we bought it, throttle hosting never been cleaned. Final straw was despite having details of new keeper, didn't bother to send their end of new keeper filled in, so now facing tax renewal issues. Car doesn't work properly either. Lovely guys to talk to, but not great service.
