Poor customer service

Poor customer service and I don’t feel I was treated fairly. Did not return my calls when promised and meant I missed out on the car I wanted as they clearly prioritise customers in the showroom. Also very slow as they only allow you to deal with one agent. Not impressed and won’t return.
