Excellent car and service!

I recently purchased a reasonably priced Renault Clio from Richard James Cars in Northamptonshire. When I first went to see the car Justin was happy to let me have a good look around it at my leisure and go for a test drive. There was no high pressure selling, which I liked, but he was on hand for any questions I had. When I returned a few days later to buy it there was no fuss and dealing with them was easy and relaxed. I listed a few things I wanted sorting within the price and nothing was a problem. Within a week the car was ready, and when I arrived it was beautifully cleaned and prepared. Richard dealt with the final transaction and paperwork swiftly, politely and professionally. Everything I asked for had been done and the car had a full service and new MOT, as well as a short warranty and breakdown cover. I am delighted with the car and the service I have had from Justin, Richard and the guys at Richard James Cars. Thank you.
