Will Never Use JM Motors Again!

After being on a very tight budget and looking around at 100's of vans for weeks on end, one was found locally at JM Motors who we never knew existed and it appeared to be perfect for out needs! Called them and was told a viewing and a test drive cannot be done until April 12th, which is today so called and no answer and the same to previous emails sent..... they sold the van rather than waiting and no assistance received whatsoever. I find this frustrating considering this was to be the first van for the business and help was needed to make sure this van was perfect for us but due to no assistance and no response at all, I guess the sale of the van was more important even though it was one of the cheapest vans they had and they could not just wait. Will never be using this service now or again in the future, thank you for supporting a small local business that now has to go back to searching again.
