Disappointed...

Smooth initial sale. 9 weeks later battery totally flat and not holding any charge. Battery is not covered by 3 month warranty. Was offered a small amount off the cost of a replacement (still more than I ended up paying to get sorted elsewhere). Warranty or not, I don't feel it is unreasonable to expect a car I paid nearly £16000 for to not break 9 weeks later and need more money spending on it. Have to say my only comparable experiences in the past where I've been 'out of warranty', but arguably on the right side of the situation, the garage/company involved have stepped up. Not here though...so, disappointed.
