AVOID! I bought a second hand Astra from them with a 1 year warranty. After 4 months, the thermostat broke, "Code 89" showing on the dash, with the fan on constantly. I took it back to them, but astonishingly they were unable to diagnose the problem which persisted. I discovered myself that the thermostat was broken. By then, the warranty had expired. I contacted Drive and gave them the correct diagnosis and requested they replace the thermostat under the terms of the warranty, which was valid at the time the problem first occurred. They refused. It's not just their refusal that irks, it's the rude attitude of some employees, especially the Service 'manager' . They frequently don't call back when they say they will, just leave you hanging. I have been nothing but courteous to them, but that courtesy is not reciprocated. They don't give a stuff about their customers - all lovely before they get your money, couldn't care less once they've had it. I will never buy from them again. BEWARE!
