Waste of time company!

Booked to look at a car and had our time totally wasted by Alex who just tried to lie his way out of things. When we booked the appointment he told us that there was someone else going earlier and he had to honour that appointment - fair enough. He said he would call us if the car sold. He did not call us. We called before we left home and were told the car had not sold - great, we were on our way. Then Alex called and said the earlier people did not show up but were coming later and whilst we could see the car we would then have to sit and wait until they had seen it and made a decision. When we questioned why, if they postponed their appointment, it was not first come first served like he had told us when we booked the appointment he told us they were the first to book and he had to honour that. On further probing he said he had taken a holding deposit from the - something he failed to tell us when we booked the appointment, and probably something that he did once they cancelled their appointment. Very underhand. Very dishonest. Stay well away!
