Shocking customer service.

After our vehicle being in at T Wall's for a minor fix I was sent a questionnaire by Ford UK, I filled this in with 100% honesty and gave a true recollection of our experience when visiting, which was shocking to say the least. Ford sales team were great, workshop team job done ... so OK, front of house / reception staff .... WOW !!!! manners non existent and no people skills what so ever and that is being polite !!! Couple of months later another issue arose with our vehicle so on trying to book it in I received an email from the so called 'Service Manager' Roy Hill with this message ...... .... 'I do not agree with the points you raised and with the limited resources we have due to the current lockdown measures I’m concerned we would not you’re your expectations again. For this reason I will not be accepting your vehicle into our workshop.' .... His words !!!, so rather than addressing an issue they clearly have he decides to bury his head in the sand and push the issue aside. This was not how the company was portrayed to us in our initial visit at all. We are now using Bristol Street Ford and have outstanding service from all departments there. My suggestion to Ford UK and Roy Hill was a mystery customer that would certainly shine a light on the situation.
