Nissan's reputation is at stake

In a nutshell wont be going anywhere near to Park's showroom as have extremely horrible experience with them. I bought a car with 3 year service and warranty and started having problems from day 1. It was extremely difficult to get the car fixed and getting Nissan costumer service involved. I paid Nissan dealership price to avoid the same drama I am having right now. I was sold the car with a broken AC and I reported it the next day of purchase and asked them to fix it under warranty. They had my car in the workshop for whole day and got a call mid day to pay for the re-gas. I reminded them again of the warranty and they said they will look into this. When I got there to collect the car I was told that it was not fixed as it was not paid for. I will have to then complain Nissan costumer service and chase various people only then car was booked again and fixed finally At that point I hoped things will be easier and smoother from now own till the end of my 3 year warranty and guaranty period. I was so wrong. After almost an year I contacted them to book annual service and I was told that the courtesy car wont be provided during the service because of the condition it was returned back. When I asked what was wrong with it I was told that as it was long time ago there is a note left on it but they can't remember. When I complained I got an email from the manager "Norma Cook" stating; "In regards to the Air Conditioning repair on your car at no point did Parks Ayr refuse to carry out the repair" and "Our Loan Car was returned to us with a very strong odour and markings on seats, we were unable to give the car back out until the car was shampooed and completely valeted. This is why we are unable to provide a loan car to you" when I replied to her reminding her how many times I had to chase it and with how many people, her reply was; "Thank you for your response the contents of which I have noted" and "As previously offered we are happy to carry out the Service on a Saturday Morning for you or alternatively we have a branch in East Kilbride and Irvine that you can book into" I didn't take the courtesy car to a tip etc and such allegations about odour and markings are very insulting. I am stuck with them for three years and have to deal with awful costumer service during this time as paid upfront. Can't wait for this period to over and I won't be going anywhere near Park's showroom ever again
