Awful service.

When answering the phone he says ‘hello’ and doesn't say anything like ‘this is Martyns car sales’ which is a red flag. But i Called to ask about a car and was told ‘it was not on site yet’ , said he would call us back that week, 1 week passes, no phonecall. So we call and get no answer, i use another phone and he answers straight away, and he says the car would be ready in a couple days and i could come view it. Yet no phonecall again. So i left it another week and tried to phone him, funnily enough no answer. I used my work phone and he answered straight away. Which he then proceeded to tell me that the car would 100% be ready by the end of next week and that im at the top of the list for the car and he promised to call me....1 month later, no phonecall, and now the car has No MOT. Just the worst service.
