Not happy

Not happy I’ve bought a car from station garage I when there drove the car and was happy at the time but after getting home I’ve not been able to find the locking wheel but key so phoned station garage to ask about the locker and I was told they no nothing about the locker they did NOT even try to phone the previous owner it’s just NO I can’t help you £75 later the problem has been resolved.
