Disapointed

I bought a BMW 318i from David. I paid my deposit then noticed that the mileage on the invoice was different to the advert. David asks you to pay into his personal account which I found a bit strange. I picked the car up and on the drive home the tyre pressure light came on as well as the oil pressure warning light, the car was pulling to the left when braking and also misfiring. I found out the car had a puncture which I got repaired. I asked David to sort the other stuff which he said he would but then didn't actually sort anything. He has put this down to COVID but I reported these problems before lockdown. He was then very difficult to get in touch with. He did offer me a refund to be fair but said it would have to wait till after lock down. As I was struggling to get in touch with him i had to take it to a local garage because I need a car and they found multiple issues -front discs, pads and calipers all needed replacing, multiple engine parts also needed replacing - cost =£1972.
