Disappointed customer service

Apart from the broken car that the company sale. I am disappointed from the service. Firstly, they don't pickup the phone, neither text messages or if you have an appointment booked, then you have to quit for hours to show up. But the most disappointed thing was when I return the broken car back to them and they refund only part of the payment. I am waiting for my money already a month and receive only lies, such as "I am sorting out " or "I am waiting some client to pay me". And when I left a feedback on one website they said that if I want my money back, firstly I have to delete the feedback.
