No decency, honesty or integrity - Avoid

Speaking to Chris for approximately a week and agreed the price including a part exchange and arranged to travel over 200 miles to pay and collect the car. Arranged insurance and gathered all documents. Two 2 days before I was to travel I saw that the car had been marked as 'sold', naturally I called Chris to confirm that the 'sold' sign referred to me only to be told then that the car had been sold to someone else. Absolutely livid, was not told about any other interest or asked if I wanted to leave a deposit. Infuriated to say the least as I was looking for almost 4 months for the right car. No apology from Chris only that they had "only 1 car to sell". Pathetic excuse for a garage and pathetic excuse for a sales person. Demonstrates that their only interest is for quick money and sales without building custom or generate integrity. Worst experience with a garage I've had and hope to ever have.
