Appalling Service

On purchasing a brand new discovery, all was agreed and a collection date arranged. On arrival to collect the car, we found that they did not have the paperwork ready and due to covid we had to wait outside (fully understand this). However, we were waiting for two and half hours outside whilst they tried to sort the paperwork. Due to various reasons in the end, we had to pay an extra £3,300 to be able to take the car on the promise we would get this back once the paperwork had been sorted. After hearing nothing for a week we contacted them only to be told they would not honour the original price on our part exchange and we would have to pay the extra now after all. I understand there was a problem with our car causing this initial situation (wasn't aware of the problem with the car prior to taking it to them though!), It was a constant battle with them so in the end I returned the new car and asked for a refund. They happily took the car but now that it comes to getting my money back, I'm getting the brush off again and a week after returning my car have still not had my money back. I also know that they have sold my car again already! Their service is absolutely diabolical and each person in that show room does not seem to know what the other one is doing. I have no doubt I will get my money back but it certainly isn't 'straight away' as they promised. Stay well clear of this place!!
