unhelpful dishonest

don't buy a car from this company via website.i put a £100 deposit on a car which i should have had delivered .one owner i was told .Lies 3 all mot's one missing also add admin fee's for what.so cancelled car only to be told you loose deposit .But i did some checking.i found out if you have'nt visited car dealership and bought online you're entitled to 14days cooling off period and can demand deposit back.so i emailed them with this information they replied say call office in morning so they could process payment only to be cut off during conversation then even blocked .so only alterative for me is to down car ombudsman who say i have to give them 8wks to something if not then ombudsman takes over.so the way i see it is i'm down£100 for 8weeks but could have been worse i could have bought car from these xxxxxx they have no morals be warned
