Prior to purchasing my Audi TT we were assured that an issue with the dashboard would be resolved prior to collection. On collection it appeared the work was done, however it wasn't. Finally NWA took the car for a week with repeated assurances that the outstanding issues from the time of purchase would be fully resolved, yet I am now looking at a button stuck behind my dashboard. NWA appear to focus on high volume car sales with a customer service philosophy that nearly fixed is fixed enough. Having looked at some previous poor aftersales service reviews for NWA, & my personal poor experience, I would avoid
