We purchased a Volvo XC60 that we were very please with. The sale was without pressure and we were given a thorough test drive. Sadly within a couple of days and over further mileage there was a slight thump from the transmission. We were asked to check the fault with Volvo and a fault was discovered. Sadly we agreed to return the car as a retail repair was very expensive. There was absolutely no problem retuning the car. Communications were good and efficient and we would certainly buy again. Total confidence in this dealer.
