Shocking in the end

Great van. Sadly arrived with no MOT (as promised) and no back door key (dead-lock shut). Felt as soon as money changed hands they didnt want to know. The MOT I arranged wasnt reimbursed (as promised)- owner more interested in reciting his spiel than sorting. I'm now having to fork out to open the back doors on a van I spent 11k on. You'd think in all those years of business you'd have learned something. Nail in the tyre to boot
