Utter cowboys customer service a joke

My wife bought a Ford Grand Cmax from this garage and traded in her old car. first we had problems with the alarm which after chasing and having to turn up out of the blue numerous times eventually got fixed though customer service is a massive no so dont expect callbacks. Then the automatic boot opened while my wife was driving and had 6 month old in the back!! took it straight away back to garage and wanted a refund and trade in car back (which suddenly they sold) as was within 30 days unfit for purpose and was fobbed off was told owner was away kept going down to garage was told matter was being dealt by their "legal Dept" still after a few more weeks no answers no refund zero response in the end due to lockdown and the need for a car got boot repaired ourselves and have raised matter with trading standards. Please Please be very wary buying car from here there are better garages in south wales would not want anyone to go through the stress we have been through utter cowboys
