Stay Away. Owner is not keeping promises

I have tried to buy a car from them. Owner Gary Monti took my deposit for a car which doesn't have a logbook and tried to sell me the car without logbook. When I have asked for refund of deposit, he didn't answer my calls again. Stay away and don't trust any word he says.
