This not a reliable company

Since purchasing my car from this dealer, it has been back to them 5 times. Each time they have it for 3 to 4 weeks, I get no updates and my calls are rarely returned. To this date I still don't know exactly what they have done to the car as they will not tell me. When the car is returned to me I find the same fault still exists, On one occasion they had the wheels off and on retune three of the wheel nuts had severed, the RAC told me I was lucky the wheel never came off which was a worry as I had been on the motorway with my wife in the car with me. Be careful.
