DONT buy if you value your life

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE We took our son 250 miles to buy his first proper decent car from this dealer. Whilst driving home on the M6 the car felt funny it thought it must be just because it’s a different car. The next day the engine lights came on so we booked it in a garage to be checked. The garage said my son was lucky to be alive the car had multiple engine failures and had no engine oil or coolant in it and most definitely wasn’t serviced or safe to drive. The garage said it was so unsafe to ring the finance company and tell them, not only this it was not even safe to drive back from the garage who had just checked the car over. The garage also showed us that the car had been in a crash and had repairs which unless you know what you are looking for would not know. It was pointed out to us and we were shown a very poor respray job! Bill he car had to be recovered from the garage home. We rang the dealer only to be told “ your not bringing no car back I don’t think you understand how this works” well no I think you thought we were idiots because anyone who buys a car on finance is protected by a 30 day quarentee if a car is found so dangerous, in road worthy and mis-sold. The dealer caused lots of stress and upset, refused to work with the finance company or recover the car. He was so unaccomating that the legal department had to get involved and he still refused for 4 weeks to take the car back. My son is a key worker and had no car to get to work for 4 weeks and due to his lack of co operation and him dragging it out we still had to pay our car insurance and first payment(we did get it back finally yesterday) ALSO this man CLAIMS he is AA approved this is not true he had his approval removed from the AA after selling other cars in a unsafe revoked! This has now also been reported legally. If we had purchased this for cash we would have no car, and no way of getting our money back. He claims to service his Cara before he sells as from ABOVE this is also a lie. He is a cowboy and thinks he can intimidate customers into thinking they can’t return cars. Well this time you have met your match not only did we get our money back but we get to tell everyone YOU SELL dodgy cars unsafe knowingly and we also get to make sure the AA take action against you for mis advertising that they still approve you when they don’t
