First time I have bought a car from a big showroom, and all I can say is I was'nt disappointed with the level of customer of service demonstrated by Shane Clarke at Lightcliffe Skoda,who handled our purchase. This was the car I kept coming back too when viewing others online, so I think I had already made my mind up. Shane helped with all of the spec and sent a video of the car direct for my viewing. He went at my pace with paper work,explained everything in full detail and within 5 working days I drove away with our new car. Once everything was approved. It was a smooth transaction, car was valeted, MOT'd and overall very impressed with my purchase esp the attention Mr Clarke paid to the detail of our new car as he also helped demonstrate some of the features of the car at time of hand over.
