Bad management at Trust Ford Alperton
Took the car for service and MOT at Trust Ford Alperton a few weeks ago. When returned to collect the car I found the car very dirty externally as there was road works in the courtyard. When I addressed this to the reception guy he said there is nothing he can do about it as the operative who is in charge with the car wash is off that day. He said he emailed his manager and requested to call me back in the coming days. This never happen. I went and washed my car straight away as it was a safety issue with reduced visiblity through windows. Also inside the car was a bad cigarette odour left by the service engineers I asume as I don't even smoke. Also the seat foil cover was still there and the paper on the floor. The issue with the car collected dirty is not the first one as this happened last year when collected the car from service and MOT. Another thing that happened last year when I took the car in service for a gear box replacement after a couple of weeks when I opened the bonnet I found out that one of the bonnet rubber cushions was missing, most probably from when the car was in service, Very disappointed that no one ever called to check what happened. It's definitely a bad management issue as this should not happen from a premium car dealership. Hopefully someone will step in and make some decisions for where this is heading as the way is currently now doesn't look it will keep it's existing customers and will not attract new ones.
