Terrible service and management
Been told by huyndai to drop my car off at the Bromsgrove branch due to a crank sensor malfunction (car still within 5 year warranty). The manager refused to accept the car because she is too busy......myself and the AA man were gob smacked. I had to call the head office / customer service department from the car park to complain. Only then the manager apologised and accepted the car. I have still been told that the car won't be looked at for 3 weeks, for a small 2 hour job (crank sensor replacement) This is not the service i am used to from any other car manufacturers, really truly disappointed. Avoid this Bromsgrove branch, poor customer service and even worse management. I have tried calling them back since the owner responded to this post, apparently he was just walking out of the door but i was promised a call back. Still waiting for that call.......
