Buying a car is usually straight forward outside of Covid as you can have plenty of freedom to explore and test drive a car before you buy. So it was a new concept buying a car you can’t test drive before you make your decision and part with your money. However, buying a car under click & collect was made easier with Bob at Uk trade vehicles as he made our experience from initial phone call through to driving away as effortless and completely reassuring us whilst complying with the current restrictions in making the whole experience as smooth as possible. We part exchanged our car, selected our new car and drove away within the hour of turning up for our booked appointment slot. The car we bought was 100% as described not just from the advertisement but over the phone and upon viewing close up. Bob was not at all like the usual pushy salespeople you often come across and made us feel very pleased we came to do business with him. Thank you Bob for everything, we are very happy with the service we received and now loving our new car! 😁👌
