Completely untrustworthy- time waster!

I had a viewing booked for 9am to look at a Vauxhall vivaro van - when I got there at 9am they had another person already in the van and took it for a test drive whilst I was supposed to doing this myself - dealer didn’t honour the schedule meeting and was very unapologetic- especially as I had traveled over 45 mins to get there -do yourself a favour and don’t waste your time with this company !! Also ran a check for insurance and my major insurance company I use couldn’t find the details as didn’t cross ref correctly
