Fantastic Customer Service

Bought a Ford Focus from this family Ford Dealer. This was serviced, MOT’d and delivered free to my home on the south coast some 90 miles from the dealer. After a few weeks a rattle developed behind the central dash column. I contacted Steve the sales person who arranged for my Focus to be collected and a courtesy car left for me. Within two days the rattle was found and rectified. The car was then delivered again to my home on the south coast free of charge. I cannot recommend this Ford Dealer highly enough, I repeat fantastic customer service.
