Great customer service

I was in need of a new vehicle during the latest lockdown and i thought that it would be difficult. I emailed CMW in regards to an Audi A3 and received an email response within an hour giving me a phone number to call  (as everyone was working from home) i had a long conversation and was sent a video of the car. I made countless further email and phone inquiries to confirm every last detail that I needed to assure myself that this was the right car for me. Once i decided i sent payment by bank transfer and arranged a time to collect my new car. I was not left disappointed. The car was in as good a condition as was described. The handover was done in a fashion that made me feel safe and they even disinfected the vehicle for me before I left. I was surprised and impressed that even in a contactless environment that the service given was as good  as it was. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
