awful avoid

very unhappy, didnt bank transfer the car payment to me same day as promised (took a week), had to chase them alot... basically just moaned and whinged even though they had my vehicle for sale on their forecourt but hadnt paid me for the car! also failed to transfer finance documents for electric car battery after 2 months which i kept getting charged for due to their negligence, ed tristram promised me it was dealt with on multiple occasions, the finance company had to result in dealing with the director of the company to bring this matter to a close
