Worst customer service ever.

Worst customer service ever. Salesman was very helpful until we paid our deposit and arranged to click and pick up. After that, he even stopped responding to my emails (I sent him two emails and no reply). On Saturday, March 6 at At 12.30 we agreed to pick up the Audi A5. We drove 2.5 hours to arrive on time and then .... we waited 30 minutes at the reception for him. To our surprise, he said the car was still in the garage. Even after all the paperwork was filled out, the car was still not ready. Salesman was walking back and forth leaving us for 20/30 minutes without any update. Every time we asked him where is our car, he was very arrogant. We waited for the car 90 minutes, where really everything should be ready at 12.30. We didn't buy it because something was wrong with this car. We didn't do it because of his arrogance. We have bought a few cars in the past but have not received such a terrible service in our life. I can't say anything bad about supervisor who came to us and apologizes for the situation.
