Rude salesman. Terrible aftercare.
SHOCKING. Firstly, I have never written a review in my life and I’m certainly not the complaining type but I was so hurt by the way I was treated by St*ve I wanted to have my say. I brought a car in November this year. We were in lockdown at the time so I bought the car on a click and collect basis. The online photographs and description had failed to show/mention the deep scrapes on the leather, marks on the fabric seats, missing spare key and missing SatNav SD card. I accepted the damaged interior but requested a replacement SD card which I was promised would be ordered and posted out to me. I messaged salesman Steve on WhatsApp a few times as still no sign of it in the post and he repeatedly said it was on its way and failed to give explanation over the lengthy wait. A month elapsed, still no sign so I politely messaged St*ve again to which HE BLOCKED ME! Eventually I dealt with someone less incompetent over email and eventually received the card in the post 2 MONTHS LATER.
