Bad Service !
Brought a brand new £28k Transit off them. The lower front splitter came off. No issue's, was replaced by a 2nd and self fitted same as the 1st via 4 self tapping screws. This one also subsequently fell off on the motorway. Having taken independent advice, it was recommended to ask if it should have been fitted another way due to the shape/moulding of it and additional screws "could" be needed. It then became apparent in an email chain, the 1st was fitted incorrectly - so subsequently was the 2nd. Only then, they revealed the correct way of fitting it! I offered to take it back for the 3rd new one in a phone call to be fitted correctly, but they said they would require it to be bonded and needed it for 24 hours so it to dry. No bonding was mentioned in the correct fitting instructions provided - however, just further screws underneath which is what was questioned and suspected. They wanted £140 plus VAT - plus shipping for a 3rd to be supplied and professional fitting at my cost, despite incorrect fitting of the first and despite collection of the 2nd splitter from Bury to save them money! After expressing how I felt, my concern over incorrect fitting without instructions and more additional cost - I was told in an email to "sort it myself" As with all places shop around as much better vans with kits and far superior customer service and aftercare like Swiss Vans for example etc...
