Shocking customer Service

I am a 74 almost 75 female pensioner, bought a Hyundai car from these rogues in mid October the day after car would not start, paid £5.000 plus trade in thinking it would be the last car I would purchase, phoned them that day, because of co vid restrictions had to have a local mechanic come and help me. Discovered later that week righthandside headlamp was out had that repaired, next passenger window was not working. Now the car has been of the road for six weeks, cutting out while turning corners or at traffic lights facing a bill for over a £1.000 to have a timing change correction. This car was mot by this company, how it could have passed I will leave to your imagination I am now in touch with fair trading standards, and n xt I will be in touch with Judge Rinder, at no time has there been any offer of any help. I will not walk away from this without a fight. Stay as far away from this lot as you can. Margaret Abrams. 👿👿👿👿👿
