Sold a unrecorded damaged vehicle

I was sold an unrecorded accident damaged vehicle through this branch for full retail value (The car i had purchased had a rear end shunt) without my knowledge I have now found out & the branch have been very rude especially kieron! Although they have agreed to change the vehicle the are now offering me 8000 less for mine just a few months later and not will to work with m,e very much at all. They will now be investigated by watchdog as clearly they could be selling crash damaged vehicles to more of their customers & they just dont know about it.
