Customer Service appalling

When we first bought our Land Rover Defender from them in 2012, the customer service was amazing. Fast forward to 2021 and my poorly car needed to be repaired. After repair, I was told it would be SIX days before they would return the vehicle to me as they were busy!!! I’m an old lady and have no way of getting to the dealership to collect my car. I have no other means of transport. I am also considered Clinically Extremely Vulnerable and am shielding. Very poor and disappointing service indeed.
