Bmw cobham are a disgrace

Bmw Cobham are a disgrace They hide behind technical details so they dont have to do anything rather keep customers happy and I really hope this pandemic has hit their profits really hard but thats carma for you If BMW HEAD OFFICE and BMW Cobham read this :-) . If you complain to head office about a dealership they dont want to know because legally they don't have to. Head office gets out of it by saying we don't own that dealership. BMW only own 2 dealerships in the UK . Stay away from the brand you have been warned. I made the mistake of buying a BMW so that why I'm writing this. If crap customer service doesn't put you off then this will a 6 series GT costing £66,000 new and 9 months later worth £32,000 after having covered 9000 miles thats £3.55 per mile just in depreciation and excluding running costs and wear and tear items such as tires. They don't care if they breach there own contracts.I signed a contract that specified the mileage the car had covered when delivered to me and by the time it was actuality delivered it had covered almost another 300 miles. BMW COBHAM had obviously carried on using it after the paperwork was signed I complained and was told that it should not have happened and it won't affect its value and no apology. Bmw Cobham have also refused to collect the car and to resolve its issues. It also took them almost 2 years to refund a warranty that I didn't want and blamed covid pandemic for the delay in getting a refund when the car was purchased in 2018. Any excuse they will use not a company to be trusted or the brand in my opinion. If uou want to use an independent garage for servicing you are refused access to the cars digital service history. Your independent garage can reset service indicator thats it. If you have BMW diamond cut alloys there basically is no warranty on them. Bmw dealerships dont have the ability to repair defects and refuse to replace. If you take them to be done independently to a wheel specialist then you void your warranty. No win scenario. The cars sos system is a subscription service after 3 years you consistently get messages trying to get you to pay again. The messages do not go away at anytime nor can the sos be disabled so you are being refused access to read mileage and other information at the bottom of the dash. I have many more issues with the car mostly electrical and the ombudsman is currently involved. The attitude is once we have yourmoney they dont give a monkeys. I will never buy a BMW again. Simon Hurst from BMW Cobham you know who I am your a disgrace to your trade and my car was definitely not as described in your advertisement and you ignore customers emails and phone calls! For anyone that is stupid enough to still buy a car from this dealership then check on BUYACAR WEBSITE BMW COBHAM ADVERTISE THEIR CARS THERE AND BUYACAR OFFER LOWER INTEREST RATES THAN THE DEALERSHIP WILL OFFER YOU AND ITS THE SAME FINANCE COMPANY (BMW FINANCE) THE DEALERSHIP USE THE HIGHER RATES SIMPLY TO GET BIGGER BONUSES. FOLLOWING MY ADVICE WILL SAVE YOU THOUSANDS IN LOWER INTEREST RATE CHARGES.
