Bought a vehicle from these and wouldn’t do it again Ashley Foster coming across with his fake friendship, give me £250 deposit and I’ll keep the van for you, and when I Went to collect it by appointment was left waiting 5 hours! And then once I took home my van, I had to return to get the tracking sorted and another 200 mile round trip and 6 hours wasted Then a barrage of calls and emails from Ashley telling me he had forgotten to get me to sign some document and demanding I sign it, when I didn’t immediately respond he started sending me messages saying if it wasn’t signed he would lose his job so he is going to use my details and sign it himself!! Jump forward 2 years and wanting to buy a new vehicle, I turned down 3 options proposed by Ashley he suddenly changed, when I called he pretended he wasn’t there and then sent me an email saying he wasn’t allowed to talk to me because he was on furlough, despite my seeing him there later that same day and of course when I called and was being put through to him, I wasn’t placed on hold and heard Ashley tell the receptionist to say he wasn’t at his desk so because I didn’t accept his latest proposal of “buy it today otherwise this deal won’t be around in the morning” which was a pressure sale, he treated me like a fool Thankfully there are many many other VW Dealerships around and I don’t need Marshall’s although they need people like me to keep them in business In short Avoid
