When things go wrong they dont care

They are happy to supply you with a faulty vehicle and expect you to get it repaired at your own expense with the dealership. While you have a faulty vehicle they are happy to steal your money (yes that is the right word given that you are forced to pay for something you cannot use). Awful company with no morals.
