Cowboys, avoid, avoid avoid!

It took me almost 3 months, yes 3 months to get my deposit back on a car I decided to not purchase after the test drive. The car had been sold to someone else after a couple of weeks and still my deposit had not been returned. After countless phone calls with the "someone will ring you back" - funnily no one did.... I think they were annoyed I decided to not purchase the car in the end to be honest with you but the complete lack of customer service in trying to help me resolve the problem was completely nonexistent. I think if your problem does not earn them commission they don't give a damn. I won't name the sales person I dealt with but they never ever rang me back after always saying they would. They and the accounts team plucked a random date out of thin air and told me the payment was returned on that day - I told them I have checked with my bank on several occasions and the payment is not there. After losing faith in them solving this problem they had made I decided to contact my bank and get the ball rolling with having them stepping in and claiming the money on my behalf. After almost 3 months of stress and frustration I EVENTUALLY have now received the payment. This negatively impacted me on purchasing the car I eventually bought from somewhere else as I needed this money to put toward it. I'm so glad I went elsewhere with a company I have trust and faith in that if anything goes wrong they will be supportive.
